Jess, owner of XO Laughlin located here in the 614 created her business to offer a space where you can shop personalized gifts for crappy occasions. With the loss of her dad in 2016 and her own dabbles in recent mental health struggles, her mission is to normalize grief, one gift at a time. It can be hard to figure out what to say, or the perfect gift for life’s shitty moments. Let's face it, life can suck and that is OK.
